What I love most about Vet Candy

Ask a veterinarian whether they prefer cats or dogs, and you will likely get a strongly opinionated answer!

But one thing all vets can agree on is this: Vet Candy makes learning fun. As a leader in the veterinary landscape, Vet Candy is the destination for everything “vet med” related. Launched in 2019, tens of thousands follow our modern veterinarian lifestyle brand, as it has quickly become an indispensable resource for the latest clinical updates, product recommendations, entertainment, and expert advice.

Whether you are a loyal follower of Vet Candy already or a brand-new reader, we invite you to get to know us!

From magazines to podcasts and everything in between, find out what makes Vet Candy the purrrfect choice.

Who are the faces behind Vet Candy?

Vet Candy is home to a powerful portfolio, produced with busy professionals in mind.

Whereas our sister site – Pet Candy – aims to reach pet parents, Vet Candy covers a broad range of medical veterinary topics. We aim to increase awareness of products and brands in our field specifically at the veterinarian level.

Contributors include a diverse array of voices.

For example, Vet Candy hosts a series called Celebrating Black Voices. Dr. Courtney Campbell -who is also the first Black veterinarian to be the recipient of the Excellence in Journalism and Contributions to the Pet Industry Award- is a regular contributor with our CE on Demand.

We are also committed to highlighting the incredible achievements of female veterinarians and strongly believe in promoting gender equality across the profession. For too long, certain perspectives in the veterinarian world have been downplayed or ignored, and that is why Vet Candy advocates for a more gender balanced approach in veterinary medicine.

Why we need to change the way they educate, learn, and advertise?

Above all, Vet Candy is committed to bold and continuous innovation with a focus on the Gen Z and Millennial audience. We create authentic engagement between our audiences and our brands by fostering a connection driven by expert story-telling and entertaining content.

Vet Candy realizes that advertisers must change how they reach people simply because their audience has changed!

Gone are the days of stale webinars with unengaging voiceovers, and boring PowerPoints that never seems to end.  Vet Candy does it better with studio quality videos taped in 4K for streaming on 1080p.

What about website ads?  Advertising has changed. Annoying pop-ups? No more. Invasive ads? Goodbye. I don’t like them and I am certain you don’t either!

In fact, statistically speaking, nearly two thirds of people say they find pop-ups “annoying” and “intrusive,” according to a study on why viewers block ads. Nobody wants to sift through content that either.

Instead, Vet Candy professionals engage their audience through authentic engagement between our audiences.  This connection is driven by our commitment to bring high quality content, expert storytelling, with entertaining and diverse voices.

All of which are produced by an expert network of veterinary experts, influencers, and contributors. Content is targeted. That means the focus is on helping our clients reach their intended audience through authentic storytelling and genuine relationship building.

Vet Candy uses this same approach to meet your business needs! Our business solutions span most popular platforms, including social, podcasts, and video, and more.

As a leader in the veterinary media landscape, Vet Candy is the trusted destination for veterinary professionals everywhere.  Check us out for yourself and see how we do things differently:  myvetcandy.com/advertise
