FDA Approves ProHeart 12 (moxidectin)

The U.S. Food and Drug Administration’s Center for Veterinary Medicine announced today the approval of ProHeart 12 (moxidectin) extended-release injectable suspension for dogs 12 months of age and older for the prevention of heartworm disease caused by Dirofilaria immitis for 12 months.
