Pet Food Express, a trusted leader in pet health and wellness, has officially launched its 14th annual virtual Pet Fair—an initiative that will run throughout September to help rescue animals find loving homes. The month-long event, which kicked off on September 1, brings together over 120 rescues and shelters across California to host both virtual and in-person adoption events.

This year’s fair, featuring events at 68+ participating stores, builds on the success of last year’s event, where 8,400 animals were adopted, and $211,075 in donations was raised. Pet Food Express contributed by donating $25 for every eligible adoption.

Fun for All: Adoption Events and Pet-Friendly Activities

From September 1 to 30, animal lovers can participate in a wide array of 380+ events, ranging from adoption fairs to family-friendly activities like pet caricatures, puppy/kitten yoga, and even a reunion party for past adopters. The virtual fair also offers the “Find a Friend” search tool, allowing users to filter adoptable pets by location, species, and age.

Additionally, those who adopt during the event will receive a 20% off coupon for Pet Food Express, as part of their year-round 20/20 program. In support of local shelters, Pet Food Express will also donate an extra $20 to partnering shelters for each new customer who registers in September.
