Walmart+ is partnering with Pawp to offer a new telehealth benefit, giving pet-owning members 24/7 virtual access to veterinary professionals later this year. This innovative service will provide free pet health consultations, addressing the rising costs of veterinary services and limited access to care.

A Successful Pilot Leads to Permanent Benefits

Walmart+ initially piloted Pawp as a limited-time offer last year, responding to the fact that over 75% of its members are pet owners. The service quickly gained traction, becoming Walmart+'s most redeemed offer of 2023. This success led to the decision to make Pawp a permanent fixture in the Walmart+ benefits suite.

• Expert Support: A team of veterinarians and licensed veterinary techs with at least five years of clinical experience.

• 24/7 Access: Unlimited, on-demand virtual visits via text and video.

• Personalized Plans: Actionable post-visit care plans with product recommendations.
