Looking back, she wishes she could tell her younger self about the importance of self-compassion, accepting imperfections, and the necessity of caring for one’s mental health.

Her sister, a resilient cancer survivor who has braved numerous surgeries and battles with lupus, is a pillar of strength and determination. Similarly, her mother, a breast cancer survivor and a single parent who juggled multiple jobs, embodies compassion and empathy. These two women have been lifelong heroes for Caylee, inspiring her through their perseverance and love.
