Cornell University cancels SAVMA 2020 due to COVID-19 concerns

Cornell University announced new restrictions postponing or canceling large (more than 100 people) non-essential campus events or work-related gatherings scheduled between Monday, March 9 and Wednesday, April 15.

In light of these new restrictions, SAVMA Symposium 2020 is now cancelled. Although they will not be able to host students from across the nation at Cornell, they are considering methods to host the Symposium virtually.
