Chill Out With Gazpacho

Chill With Some Gazpacho

Nothing says springtime more than a delicious cup of chilled soup. Gazpacho is a cold raw vegetable soup originally from southern Spain. The main ingredients are tomatoes, peppers, onions, cucumbers, garlic, and olive oil. The name gazpacho is of Arabic origin and means 'soaked bread.' Gazpacho is delicious, healthy, and easy to make, since it requires zero cooking. Of course, the fresher the ingredients, the fuller the taste.
